- A controlled, validated process. Westar RS components are washed and rinsed in United States Pharmacopeia hot water and undergo a further rinse in water for injection. Components are washed in a pharmaceutical washer with a clean-in-place system. Washed components are transferred to a class 100 clean room for final packaging. The water, washing and packing facilitis are fully validated and operate under applicable CGMP's.
